I have booked my plate dated 18th Dec 2020. My order id is
BMDLF7CF92AD-2755-4A. My vehicle no DL-13C-7063 This order is for home delivery.
Initially, on the first appointment date, 15-01-2021 nobody called me to fix the no. plate. when I called customer care, they asked me to reschedule the appointment because of the rush of delivery.
So, I rescheduled the appointment for 29-01-2021. On this appointment, the day executive came to the house and informed me that my plate is not with him and it’s not issued from MYHSRP office. Although my order was mentioned on the list he is carrying.
In the evening I called customer care they asked me to reschedule the appointment again. So, I rescheduled the appointment for 13-02-2021. On this appointment, the day executive called me and informed me that he has received my name on the list to fix my plate but he doesn’t have my plate because again it’s not issued from MYHSRP Office.
According to him, I have to reschedule my appointment. But in the evening I called customer care they informed me that they are making new appointment from system for 8th of March.
This time on 8th march no one called or came my home. I called customer care they said my issue will be fixed by 12th March 1:00PM.
Its 12th march today and time is 1:30+ and customer care could not answer me what will happen next. because my payment which I made is valid until today only and they don’t have any information why no one is visited my house or who is suppose to visit my house.
Again and again they are wasting our time and giving us mental harassment.
