I took payday loan from Bharat loan application on 20th January 2024.
Due to some family issues was unable to pay loan which amount is 40000. I gave some false commitment as well. They ask me to create video and mail them. If I didn’t pay loan they will connect my HR and threaten to job . Also they accessing my Mobile contacts and message my relatives and friends with my pan cards sent them. As per RBI policy they can’t share my personal details to anyone. They called my mother and use rude language. They gave some time as well but this is not a way to harrassing customer. Due to some issues I delay in payment. Also my social reputation falling down because of this behaviour. 24*7 they harrassing me. I am attaching ss where they sent msg to my friends.
