Dear consumer Court,
Bajaj Fiserv is making fool to customer by violating all rules regulations. they sold to me the Loan by saying its an overdraft and since then i am following up for the account closure no one is taking proper action. i got to know the same when amount was disbursed and 20K was deducted from it they asked me to ay for it some process charges this that and while processing no one informed about the same. Though i git back 18966 charges and as I was travelling and was in touch with an employee of the company he said he will close the account but he did not guided with me process and then later it was gone into the cold bag. As i was out country again it clicked to me and then I started to follow up for the same. there is no proper response that is how they are making fool. I have numbers if email communication with them which i can not present here . Seeking for the support to get my account closed.
