Ordered One Plus 9 RT WaterColor Mapple Leaf Glass Case for 479Rs via Gpay on 13th July in AVINATI.com, My order number is #1538 but I got the mail confirmation for my order but didn’t get my product for not delivery and even I did not get my refund amount please help

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
