Text of Complaint by Dumpa Pradeep Kumar:

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India for their failure to deliver a product that I ordered with order number 404-0803514-4468344. This complaint arises due to the continued and unacceptable delay in the delivery of my order, which has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

Order Date: 7th October 2023

Product: Daikin 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC
Scheduled Delivery Date: 10th October 2023
Despite the confirmation of my order and the original scheduled delivery date of 10th October 2023, I have not received the product as of today. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by contacting Amazon India’s customer support through their helpline. However, every time I reach out, I receive the same unsatisfactory response, with no concrete actions taken to rectify the situation.

I escalated this issue by sending an email to Amazon India’s customer service at cs-reply@amazon.in on 16th October 2023. Regrettably, I have not received any updates or resolution to my issue as of the time of filing this complaint.

The continued delay in the delivery of the product, coupled with Amazon India’s failure to provide a timely and effective resolution, has caused me considerable inconvenience and frustration. It is essential to note that this delay has disrupted my plans and daily life, considering the current weather conditions and the need for the product I ordered.
