Dear Sir,
I have ordered a dining table vide amazon order no 408-8175705-5820362 for an amount of 12999.00/-
This is to inform you that the seller contacted me via telephonic conversation and said to cancel the order as he was unable to ship to my location. So I cancelled the order After that this issue was conveyed to amazon via customer care on 18/06/2020. I was assured of the refund within a week .It has been almost two months now but I have not received any refund even after repeated requests, 19 times to be exact to amazon via your customer care call service. I urge you to look into the matter and refund the amount asap.
I have send mails multiple time but they just don’t respond.
