on dated 12.04.2022 i have ordered a Redmi 80 cm Smart tv having order no- 403-6532380-3792303 of Rs. 11599.10 but till today the product not yet shipped and did not delivered to me. After 15 days i am mailing and calling to the amazon customer for solve my problems but the amazon customer care did not help me and when i tried to cancel my order to get my money back then it show i can not cancel my order, Amazon.in is a fraud company and also i am belonging to very poor family so amount of Rs. 11599.10 is very big for me. Amazon.in give mental torture and mental harassment to me lot, so i want to compensation of Rs. 200000.00 (two lakh) for my time and money loss, kindly help me as soon as possible.
