Text of Complaint by Vasanthakumar:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of serious concern regarding an order I placed on Amazon, which has led me to file a complaint with the Consumer Court.

On 5th January 2024, I ordered a laptop with Order ID 408-4220260-2093925 from Amazon. Expected delivery date was 7th January . Regrettably, the product has not been delivered within the stipulated timeframe, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans.

Furthermore, I have observed an unjustifiable increase in the price of the laptop since the time of my order.Even laptop with mouse price also less then only laptop (10000.rs difference) This sudden escalation in price is not only unethical but also a violation of fair trade practices.

Despite my attempts to communicate with Amazon’s customer service, a satisfactory resolution to this matter has not been achieved. Therefore, I am seeking the intervention of the Consumer Court to address this issue and ensure that I am rightfully compensated for the inconvenience caused.

I have attached relevant documents, including the order confirmation, communication with Amazon customer service, and any other pertinent details that support my complaint.

I kindly request the Consumer Court to investigate this matter, take appropriate action against Amazon, and facilitate a fair resolution in accordance with consumer rights.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the Consumer Court will take swift action to ensure justice is served.
