I ordered a renewable Lenovo ThinkPad from Amazon india. They delivered it and I paid full amount as cash on delivery. When I opened the product I got a damaged and not working ThinkPad. It’s keyboard was not working. Body was damaged too. I was completely disappointed. They assured that the product will be at perfect condition and otherwise return option and refund option will be there. But when I ordered to return that product they didn’t came to take that. It’s more than a month now. My money loss is huge for me. Me and family is really disappointed.
