Hello sir
I am order the camera worth Rs69900 on the may 6th when I open the box I found the battery Is Missing from the box.After that I files the return request that’s not accepted by app. After the call they return the package after 7 days and refund is also not intiated until now
In there policy they write that the replace the product if we found anything missing from box .But they said to me replacement is not available.And they takes more than 15 days until they not resolve my problem
