Hi Sir, I have ordered Ralco Tyre from Amazon on 7th June and it was supposed to deliver by 24th june. The tyre has been received by delivery agent by 17 th June he asked me to come and collect the product to courier office where it is located 45km from my area. I called Amazon customer care there response was not helpful finally the product was returned to seller . I was waiting for this product one month since the delivery executive not able to deliver they retuned. Because of this there is a loss of amount as well as the existing tyre got bursted I can’t even take bike to service center now.
I need you to help me on taking action against Amazon and the delivery partner.
