Dear sir,
29/09/2019 I purchased Samsung galaxy M30s from Amazon online shopping site against Amazon order no: 403-4429153-9113904 and they have committed the date of delivery on 01/10/2019 with in 9pm.
I have given my office address for delivery, but against Amazon exicutive request I wait in my office gate till 9:15pm on 01/10/2019 but non of Amazon delivery againt called and they didn’t pick my call.
Against Amazon exicutive request I went to the home and they said they will deliver my product by 2/10/2019 by 7:00 pm. But so-far I don’t get any call from any of Amazon delivery againt.
When I call the Amazon customer support they are not given any support that can solve my problem. This is my second day I am waiting 2hours in my office gate and expecting the product but no response from customer support or delivery againt.
Please note that I am an Amazon prime members, as per the term they have to deliver the product within one day. But my case almost 3rd day also over and one of the customer support guy Mr. Ayyappa is saying my product will deliver by 4/10/2019.
At the time of ordering Amazon is promising one thing at the time of delivery they are chiting the people.
So, I request honorable consumer court to solve my issue at the earliest and punish the Amazon for there poor servicing to the customer
