I have ordered a laptop worth Rs.39K on 10th May 2021 and after several follow-ups with Amazon customer service it was shipped on 15th May 2021. And the promise by Amazon was to deliver the product on Monday, 17th May. The product reached the final delivery station on 16th May where the toys reached along with the product was delivered on 16th itself and even after following up the laptop is not yet delivered and the customer service representatives do not understand the difficulty faced by the customer. Because of the delay from your end and worst customer support I am having time loss and monetary loss along with that the mental pressure of blocking a huge amount with the seller without receiving the service as committed by them.
I don’t understand how can I go forward with Amazon as you are treating the customer in a low grade. I do not want to continue with Amazon where other online platforms with good customer service is available.
