I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against an Instagram page, “Alankritha by Reshma Deepak,” for fraudulent practices.I ordered a dress on Jan 31, 2024, and today is March 16, 2025—more than a year later, I STILL haven’t received my order!
They ignore my messages, refuse to give any updates, and won’t refund my money. I have all the proof of my payment and conversations.
I have tried contacting them multiple times through messages, but they have not responded.
This behavior is highly unethical and unacceptable. I request you to take strict action against such entities to prevent them from exploiting more people like us under the guise of a boutique business.
