I had placed an order for a product on Ajio’s website, and the product was said and supposed to be delivered on April 11th. However, the delivery was delayed for about 15 days, and only after I filed a complaint with Ajio did I receive a response stating that the product was returning to the warehouse.
This incident has severely impacted my trust in Ajio as a company. As a customer, I expect timely delivery and fulfillment of my orders, and this was not the case. It is also concerning that I only received a response after filing a complaint. This highlights the importance of customer complaints and feedback, and it is unacceptable that it took a complaint for Ajio to take action.
I request that Ajio either deliver my product as soon as possible at the same price I ordered, or place the same order at the same price. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to file a complaint against Ajio for breach of trust and for not delivering on the promises made to customers.
I hope that the consumer court will take appropriate action against Ajio for their poor customer service and for causing inconvenience and distress to their customers. It is important for companies to prioritize customer satisfaction and address issues promptly and efficiently.
