AIRTEL XTREAM SERVICES ARE THE WORST SERVICES OF INTERNET I HAVE EVER SEEN AND EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE STAFF/SUPERVISOR AND FAMALE MANAGERS ARE MORE WORST THAN THEIR INTERNET SERVICES.
THERE IS A CONTINUOUS OUTAGE OF MORE THAN 18 DAYS IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2022 ITSELF OUT OF TOTAL 22 DAYS TILL DATE & IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME AND AFTER A NUMBER OF FAKE PROMISES AND MEANINGLESS TALKS THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OF INTERNET OUTAGE AT ALL AND EVEN THEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO MISLEAD ME AND TRIES TO HYPER ME SO THAT THEY CAN DISCONNECT THE CALLS BY USING A SIMPLE WAY OF UNPROFESSIONAL TALKS. NO REPRESENTATIVE HAS VISITED THE SITE FOR ANY TYPE OF RESOLUTION TILL DATE.
I WAS ASKING FROM MANY MONTHS FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY ALONG WITH INTEREST THEREON BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO USE THESE SERVICES EVEN IF TOTALLY FREE PROVIDED BECAUSE I HAD SUFFERED A LOT BECAUSE OF AIRTEL’S WORST INTERNET AND THERE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED IS 11000+ INTEREST THEREON
