On 10th Jan’23 I paid Rs.4000/- to Airtel for installation of Broadband & DTH Xtream at home. Airtel person promised me to install both. They installed Broadband in 2 days but till date DTH not installed after so many reminders to Airtel. Today is 18th Jan’23, still installation is pending from Airtel. Call Center persons put my call on hold for more than 20-25 minutes and never respond on that. Now i want my money back and don’t want any connection of Airtel.
