Text of Complaint by Mahesh Kumar:

Dear Sir,
Here I wrote for Misleading, false Promise, unsatisfactory redressal and metally harassment to customer on Broadband connection shifting against you Airtel Bharti India.
here I share my conversation with Airtel customer care representative on my broadband connection shifting.
On 10th Sep, 2022
customer care representative tell me your connection are shift within 24 hrs.,
They confirmed my current address where I was shifted.
They specially ask for same city or other city, (As I am in Same city apply).
Finally they done and tell me wait only for 24 hrs. It will be shifted
by evening I received a call from a technician, I invite him for visit my new location.

On 11th Sep, 2022
They are tell reason for delay is my account was deactivate, after activation it will be shift with in 24 hrs.
Ok- so I recharge my broadband no. then connection show activated now.

On 12th Sep, 2022
They tell me forget to process my shifting, I again remembering them for my shifting. But again they tell me its take time 24hrs. they surely tell now it’s to be shifted within 24 hrs.

On 13th & 14th Sep, 2022 both day I listen shifting willbe soon, nothing to worry.
but till date My connection are not shift and not refund my recharge money which I paid but don’t use.
I already wrote this to Airtel.
Are Airtel customer care representative trained for Making fool to customer (OR) that’s Airtel bharti policy?
or this all propganda for only recharge amount , I don’t know .

But after that all conservation I can’t understand what is customer care policy, that’s type of company are only for their businesses not for serving .
I demand to shift my broadband connection as soon as possible or else
I want to take strong action on Airtel misleading advertisements, false promises, irresponsible behaviors.
and want to refund the amount which I was paid as Recharge and broadband modem because if you don’t shift I may go through another service provider and they of course again charge for that to me.
I also demand to compensation for mental and psychological harassment, You are requesting do needful As soon as possible.
