Dear sir
I had been opted the subscription of aha ott platform on 29.05.2021 and made annual fee of 299 for 1 year. After then only they allowed to view the contents it is completely telugu films and shows platform. I am not aware of it while subscribed. So requested the platform to cancel my subscription and efund the amount. Also I would like to add a comment that immediately made he payment I sent request to customer support for my refund. They are saying once subscription is paid they cannot refund it. The platform is only having telugu content and I am not a telugu person and also I don’t have any telugu knowledge to understand. How it is fair to force me to watch the content with out giving option to cancel my subscription on the day subscribed. And adamantly not refunding my amount. I had requested my refund immediately with in few minutes of my payment. Please intervene and help me in sorting this kind of inconveniences in future. All ott platform are practicing prepaid method and they are not giving any refund if any user wants to terminate the subscription. It is also a type of looting the money from people. Take a step and resolve at the earliest would be highly appreciated.
