I, [Sweta], residing at [H NO 6/C/24 PHASE-6LIG SWARN JAYANTI VIHAR 208011, bhim chauraha, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh – 208011], placed an order on Addmecart (Order ID: 72102462987847, Date & Time: 4/15/2026, 3:14:58 PM) for [Godrej ac]. I paid ₹ [24768] via [UPI].
I cancelled the order on [Apr 21, 2026, 8:15 PM], but no refund has been issued. Despite sending multiple emails and attempts to contact customer support, I have received no response.
This is a clear violation of consumer rights.
