Text of Complaint by Sri Harsha Kavuluri:

I hope this correspondence finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent bus journey facilitated by your company, Abhibus. On the 29th of April 2024, my wife and I embarked on one of your buses with the expectation of a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.

However, to our dismay, the journey was marred by numerous issues. Upon boarding, we discovered that our reserved seats were already occupied by other passengers. Furthermore, these individuals had left behind a mess of spilled food and drinks, rendering the seats and surrounding area unclean and unsanitary.

Despite our attempts to address the situation with the occupants and seek assistance from the bus staff, we encountered significant resistance and a lack of cooperation. This not only caused unnecessary delays but also led to heightened frustration and discomfort throughout the journey.

Regrettably, due to the unacceptable conditions onboard the bus, including the uncleanliness of the seats and surroundings, my wife and I experienced discomfort and nausea, which ultimately forced us to disembark from the bus prematurely, thereby disrupting our travel plans and resulting in financial loss due to the unused tickets.

Such substandard maintenance and disregard for passenger comfort are utterly unacceptable and do not align with the standards expected from a reputable company like Abhibus. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for the tickets purchased for the aforementioned journey.

I trust that you will take immediate action to address this matter and provide the necessary compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. However, should the refund not be processed within a reasonable timeframe, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue further, including filing a formal complaint with the consumer court.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.
