I am filing this complaint against 1xBet regarding an unresolved withdrawal that has been pending for 15 days.

Complaint Details
On 12 July 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₹25,100. The withdrawal status was later marked as “Processed,” but the funds have never been credited to my bank account.
After waiting for the period advised by customer support, I contacted them to report the issue. Since then, I have sent numerous emails and provided every detail they requested, including my withdrawal request number and payment query number.
Initially, I was asked to wait for several banking days. After that period passed, I was informed that my case had been forwarded to the payment specialists. Since then, I have continued receiving the same generic responses stating that my case is “under review” or has been “forwarded to specialists.”
Despite waiting patiently for more than 15 days, I have:
Not received my withdrawal.
Not received any transaction reference number (UTR/RRN).
Not received proof that the payment was actually sent.
Not received any explanation for the delay.
Not received any realistic timeline for resolution.
For the past two days, I have not received any response at all despite continuing to follow up through the same email thread.
I have fully cooperated with every request from the support team, followed all instructions, and waited for every deadline they provided. Unfortunately, I continue to receive either repetitive template responses or no response whatsoever.
The prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and absence of meaningful communication have caused significant financial hardship and have left me without access to my own funds.
