Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against 196 Store regarding an online scam that I have fallen victim to. On 18th June 2023, I placed an order on their website for product and made a payment of Rs.980/-. However, despite several attempts to contact the company and numerous promises of delivery, I have not received the product nor have I received any communication regarding the status of my order.
The lack of response and failure to fulfill their obligations clearly indicate fraudulent activity on the part of 196 Store. I kindly request your intervention in this matter and urge you to take appropriate action against the company. Additionally, I seek your assistance in obtaining a full refund of Rs.980/- for the undelivered product.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of all relevant documents, including the order confirmation, payment receipts.
I trust in the consumer protection laws and regulations in place and believe that justice will be served. Your prompt attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
