Hi Team,

My name is Yogesh Ghegade 8983512304 this is my prepaid number. Unfortunately I cant recharge on 8983512304 my number more than 20 days, so Vodafone were stooped on this number. So I went in Vodafone center at Bavdhan, Near Axis bank ATM, Pune 411021,
I have submit my addhaar card copy and start this number, but I want to start as prepaid account not postpaid. But they game me wrong information to me, they told me you must to convert in postpaid there no any chance to start with prepaid. You must convert in postpaid, and took 200 from me. I want prepaid account and complaint again this center. I have call Vodafone customer care and the gave me right information. They told me and suggest to complaint against this center
I want to convert in prepaid and return my 200 rupees. If any charges your I will pay but I dont want move in postpaid. AND NEED TO COMPLAINT AGAIN CENTER.
Because this center will not fraud with any other customer and give right information to all.
I hope your team will support best to customer not center and take action  against center.
