Complaint about wrong Delivery of defective items

I am (Pilla Rama Mohana Rao) writing to express my disappointment regards to recent order I received wrong Delivery of defective items from KONTON company. In company website there was not avilable their contact No.
When I send mail to their customerxare mail Id (konton@proton.me.) that mails also bounced.
I placed on my order dated 09-08-2023 product of “KONTON INPORTED CASUAL 100% PURE COTTON CASUAL SHIRTS (COMBO PACK OF 3” and I kindly bring to your notice that I received the wrong product ( another Defective color shade, damaged, dirty Shirts) in the delivery made on 15-08-2023 and also paid Rs.999/- by PHONEPE cash on delivery basis vide Ref. No. UPI 322759077929.
I attached ordered shirts,received shirts pics foryour reference.
