Text of Complaint by Souvik kabiraj:

On 25 th of July 2023 I have made payment to uts mobile recharge wallet.
1 st payment made 6.51am onwards . It debited 100rs from my paytm account but it’s not shown on my uts wallet.
That’s why i am made another 50 rs from phone pe account at7:02 am onwards. Again it debit from my bank account. And it not show on my UTS wallet.
Please take some move for this complaint.
