Text of Complaint by V Umapathy:

Dear team,

I am Umapathy and using Urbanclap app with login mobile number 7200093439.

I have booked ac service on May 2022 for cooling issue and technician Balaji attended the issue and I have paid 3800 for changing motor, censor, remote and cleaning… he told if bill amount is more than 2000, UC warranty will be applicable for 60 days from the date of service… however by June 4th, again cooling dropped and I called him. He came and told everything is correct and no issues…

Yesterday another technician came and verified no spare parts are replaced… still the said issue is not yet resolved…

Is this the way of servicing provide by UC.. feel shame to be a customer of UC… I am going to file a case in consumer court in this regard if I am not getting any solution by tomorrow eod…
