I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding my credit history. I have recently discovered that there is a loan entry from Payufinan on my CIBIL report, which I did not take or authorize.

I want to clarify that I have never applied for or received any loan from Payufinan or any other financial institution during the time period mentioned in the report. This unauthorized entry is significantly impacting my credit score and causing unnecessary stress and confusion.

I kindly request your immediate assistance in investigating this matter and rectifying the mistake as soon as possible. I would also appreciate receiving a written confirmation once the correction has been made in my CIBIL report.
