Hi,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding an order I placed with your company on [14 Sep 2023]. My order number is [VRIKSHH Wooden King Size Bed for Bedroom | Solid Wood Designer Bed Without Storage | Solid Wood King Bed]. Unfortunately, as of today, I have not received the product I purchased, which was expected to be delivered by [24 Sep 2023].
I understand that delivery delays can occur, but the extended delay in this case has left me quite dissatisfied with my shopping experience. I have taken the following steps to address this issue:
I have contacted your customer support via phone and chat and after discussing the matter, I was unable to obtain a satisfactory resolution or an estimated delivery date.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request the following:
A refund for the purchase price of [Wooden Bed] in the amount of Rs. 22,514. But I was paid Rs. 4,418 by flipkart paylater. I am requesting this refund because the product has not been delivered as promised, and the delay is beyond a reasonable timeframe.
I would like to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to address this issue. I have attached a copy of my order confirmation for your reference.
