Just now received my order number TSK2539 from totalshoppingkart.com  To my utter surprise, I found that the ear Headphone is missing .  I have received USB cable but there is no port in the speakers nor for AUX cable . The Customer Care number 8447215464 mentioned on the parcel is not working , managed to get a number 8258936013 on which i was able to connect with Mr Anil Sharma as well as Mr. Srivastava . They were  immediately ready to refund the money vide Google pay or Phone pe . Unfortunately , they said if i do not have money in my account they will not be able refund the money which shows it a total fraud and they were trying to extract more money from my account.. It seems in the name of Total Shopping Kart , there is fraud which is being encouraged by the Organization by these two morons . When i said , i am sending a mail they immediately said we will not be replying to any of the mail .

Request you to kindly make the company refund the money of Rs 999/- which was paid on 17th May via PayU money to Ankit Jain or complete the order by sending the head phones.
