Text of Complaint by Sahil Singh:

I would like to inform you that my name is Sahil Singh s/o Kailash Nath Singh R/o of ITI Mankapur UP. I came to Delhi due to my sister’s wedding on 2nd Nov 2022. During my hotel reservation on 3rd November 2022, at night, we’re enjoyed the function, and during this time loss for rupee Fifty thousands(50,000) was occured.
we tried to take help from the hotel authorities on the video footage for the mentioned duration however they were not provided me any recording after making several requests said that the recording was not happening since July’22 and were also not ready to provide any help regarding the same.

I requested to you please take some urgent action against the hotel staff for their negligence and provide compensation for our loss.
