I was looking for a job just to get experience so that I can add to my profile. I have registered over different job sites. I used to get a lot of calls. One day I got a message through WhatsApp that they are looking for a candidate for online form filling job if I’m interested dm then. I thought it’s a good time pass so I said okay then they asked me my aadhar card photo and sign i gave them. I thought they are not fraud as they are not asking any security deposit. Then suddenly the same day they send me a work load link on my mail …before that they didn’t mention any agreement and about any penalty otherwise I would never have accepted then just they have informed me that I have to maintain accuracy.
So I tried to finish my work and i have completed, but Now after 1 days I got a legal notice over whatsapp asking for 7500 rupees as penalty amount from Gujarat cibil court now. they have already send me legal notice and I did not respond to that. Now, I am sure that they are fraud as they are abusing me on call. They are telling me to pay more for getting rid of court matter. Please take action against them and help me. I am attaching the court letter of their advocate below.
