I have purchased one lehenga from kreeva.com on 05/19/2023 and i received it but the problem is they have given very cheap quality of lehanga so I returned it, they have given only their wallet credit we can’t get back the money to our account we can only repurchase something,so I ordered one dress by using that wallet credit amount,the dress I ordered was stitched one and I selected the size also there, after that they called and said they will give stitched in free size only, so I size ok for it, but finally the product I received was unstitched dress and the quality is not that much good.so I want to raise a complaint that they are not responding properly and they are just cheating people through this website www.kreeva.com.

They done same with me. They said to send wrong product in my hand by courier and again pay for delivery 150/-rs for same product which I ordered. They send my money in their wallet . I want my money back. They are totally fraud.
