I have ordered food from bansiwala restaurant (Zomato) order ID (2844897502)
the food is smelled badly, and the packaging is plastic worst than even I have seen that is fully violation of the Madhya Pradesh government rules in Indore, MP
I tried to reach the customer support system by mail but they didn’t do anything “Unique ticket ID for the reference is 9636960.”
Please do something needful to provide justice and cancelation of membership with such restaurants
As I am a loyal customer of Zomato but this incident affects me badly
