I want to raise a complaint against ajio because I ordered a product from ajio and they delivered it but the quality was not good so I decided to return and ajio scheduled a return pickup but after 1 -2 day delivery man showed in the system that he has attempted a return pickup but I didn’t received any call or message from ajio and I also raised a complain against delivery guy but ajio didn’t took any action (complaint I’d COM00031701478)
I want to return this product because this is very costly (Rs.2347)
The return period is of 7 days
