I am writing to express my disappointment with the booking experience I had with Rehlat. I booked a ticket with booking ID 2058213 on 14.07.2023 and cancelled it on the same day through the customer care service. The refund amount of 625 AED was supposed to be processed within 20 working days after the cancellation charges. However, it has now been 77 days and I have not received my refund despite numerous calls and emails to your customer care team.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor response from Rehlat’s customer care team regarding my refund. It is unacceptable that I have to wait for more than two months to receive my refund. I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action on this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.
I hope that this issue will be resolved promptly and that I will not face any further inconvenience in the future.
