Sir/ma’am
I had ordered an electronic Bluetooth online from Shopclues but returned back due to defects in the product. I had given the product back to a pickup agent sent by them on 25/10/2023. Now their app is showing that the pickup didn’t occur. I have already contact them 10-15 times in recent days but no response from them. I request to to take an appropriate action against my complaint.
