Sir,
My name is sachin pratap singh and my number is 9410279847.I ported my sim from bsnl to airtel some days ago. I did my first recharge yesterday of 495rs plan and additional of 193rs for extra 1GB per day on 27-04-2019. But after consumption of 1.4 GB of data my 193rs plan is not working for extra 1GB. I had talked to customer care. They said ,193rs plan has been closed but I got a message of successful recharge of 193rs. And they said we can’t do nothing about it . U have lost your rupees, this plan has been closed. They did fraud to me . Help me sir .Kindly solve my grievance as soon as possible.
