Myself Rajalingam Kandasamy, Im using Vodafone network more than 6 years.
Now I’ve facing network issues that was low speed. So i have to change my network provider Vodafone to others. So i try to get portable code which is UPC code. I sent request as correct format Like “PORT “Space” “my number”.But they replied it was invalid. Then spoke with customer care executive they give format as what i had sent. It was correct format to get UPC.
But they didn’t provide upc code and direct discussed with Vodafone dealer on my area and i had sent mails to Vodafone many time they didn’t give sufficient solutions
Because of such problem im unable to change my network. Please take it this mail as complaint against Vi and please do needful.
Note: I raised complaint one month before of lockdown.
