I have orderd some wallpaper from meesho, and it was courierd via pocketship,when the delievry person of pocketship came to our home, he first asked for money, and we gave it, then he mimicked and acted by checking his bag and said that he forget the parcel and said he will get the parcel in 10minutes and just left with the money, after half n hour we tried calling him, he blocked our number,then we tried from other numbers and he lifted tha call and said he was just about to get to office to get the parcel like wise he denied and dragged it for 2 3 hours,the next day he dint attended any cals from our source numbers. I complained to meesho customer care but they dint respond at all. Then, I tried to order the same product from meesho for the 2nd time so that i can catch the pocketship delivery person when he comes for delivery. But he smartly cancelled our order with out even trying to call us by giving the reason that he couldnt trace our location. What a fun, before and after this pocketship incidents also i got all my other orders deliverd to my same address with the mentioned phne number,but he simply felt that we wilk caught him if he comes for delievry and hence cancelled our order. All this happened in june month. Again i tried ordering 2 products in july month, for my bad luck they were too shipped from pocketship service and he denied delivering my order even after the delivery date is completed. I tried to complaint in meesho this time also but no response from the customer care this time also as usual. I thnk they alla combinedly playing this fraud game to elope customers money by shipping maximum orders from pocketship so that they elope money and run away from the customers easily. If not,why wouldnt have meesho taken any serious action on pocketship,atleast they would have restricted their future shippings from pocketship after knowing how the pocketship is looting people. no justice is made nor any action us taken against pocketship services nor my complaint was resolved. My time was completly wasted as i waiting for long time after placing my several orders from this meesho e com site where they sent their maximum orders via pocketship services which by anyways only focuses on looting innocent peoples money without delivering the products even after the due date completes..
