Text of Complaint by VIDYANGAN SHYAM:

I HAVE ₹3496.52 BALANCE IN MY WALLET BUT WHILE PLACING ORDER THROUGH PAYTM MALL WHEN I CHOOSE WALLET PAYMENT METHOD,

THERE ITS SHOWING WALLET BALANCE IS ONLY ₹13.72 AND ASKING FOR ANOTHER PAYMENT METHOD FOR AMOUNT GREATER THAN ₹13.72 BUT THE ACTUAL WALLET BALANCE IS ₹3496.52
MY PROBLEM IS THAT WHILE DOING PAYMENT ON PAYTM MALL OR ON ANY MERCHANT WALLET BALANCE IS SHOWING LESS THAN THE ACTUAL WALLET BALANCE DUE TO WHICH I AM UNABLE TO MAKE PAYMENT USING MY WALLET.
I CAN ADD MONEY,CAN MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH MODES OTHER THAN WALLET BALANCE.
ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT,I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY WALLET BALANCE I AM ABLE TO USE ONLY ₹13.72 FROM MY BALANCE BUT ACTUAL BALANCE IS ₹3496.52.I AM A NON KUC USER BUT A NON KYC USER CAN MAKE PAYMENTS ON PAYTM MALL THROUGH THEIR WALLET.
I HAVE TALKED TO THE PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE FIRST TIME ON 21 JUNE AFTER THAT 2-3 TIMES I HAVE TALKED BUT THEY ARE NOT RESOLVING MY QUERY.
