I am writing to file a complaint regarding a recent online purchase that has resulted in a fraudulent and unsatisfactory experience.
On 17th June 2025, I placed an order from this website “www.fabfashion4u.com” for two (2) cargo trousers, and the payment was made through Cash on Delivery. However, on 27th June 2025, when the order was delivered to me, I received only one (1) pair of jeans, and that too in the wrong (smaller) size, instead of the cargo trousers I had ordered.
I tried to contact the seller/customer service but received no proper response or resolution. This has caused me financial loss and mental distress.
I kindly request the Hon’ble Consumer Court to take appropriate action against the seller for delivering the wrong product and to ensure that:
I either receive the correct products (2 cargo trousers of the right size),
OR
I am provided with a full refund of the amount paid.
