Text of Complaint by Sumit Kumar Gupta:

I am writing to bring your attention to a concerning situation involving a website called “https://www.sapphirefoodsin.net/login,” which is offering a part-time job opportunity. It has come to my notice that this seemingly legitimate job offer is, in fact, a well-orchestrated scam that preys on unsuspecting individuals seeking employment.

The modus operandi of this scam involves creating a deceptive scenario where applicants are lured into joining a WhatsApp or Telegram group. Once part of the group, individuals are required to pay a small amount upfront in order to complete assigned tasks. In return, they are promised additional compensation under the guise of task completion bonuses. However, this is where the deceit becomes evident.

As the tasks progress, the scammers gradually escalate the required payment amounts. The ultimate goal is to manipulate individuals into participating in a task that involves generating positive ratings for gourmet products. Over time, the monetary demands become exorbitant, making it impossible for participants to afford the required payments. This effectively leaves them trapped in an unending cycle, as they are unable to complete the tasks due to the substantial sums requested.

It is evident that this website, “https://www.sapphirefoodsin.net/login,” is intentionally deceiving individuals by exploiting their financial constraints and aspirations for part-time employment. The money invested by participants is ultimately funneled into the pockets of the scammers, who have devised this elaborate scheme to exploit innocent job seekers.

I urge the Consumer Forum to investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate legal actions against the operators of this fraudulent website. It is crucial to protect the rights and interests of consumers who have fallen victim to this scam and to prevent further individuals from being ensnared by their deceitful tactics.

Please take immediate action to shut down this website and hold those responsible for this scam accountable for their actions. Your efforts in addressing this matter will undoubtedly serve the cause of justice and consumer protection.

Thank you for your attention to this serious issue.
