Text of Complaint by Radhika Nair:

I ordered 3 products from nykaa beauty on 3rd april,2023 by paying the money via UPI. The order is late by 4 days and is kept on hold even though it has reached near my address. The nykaa team is irresponsible and not taking any action in delivering my product.
