Text of Complaint by A R Prasad:

I had placed an order on 22nd FEB , 2021 and selected a slot for home delivery between 2-6 pm for 5th March, 2021 after paying in full for Blue sticker and FASTag sticker with payment receipt validity being 20th March, 2021. . However, on 5th March I received a call that by today your sticker will be home delivered , but that was not delivered . After I called call center I was given a date of 9th March which was again missed out by then , next date 13th March again no delivery , 15th March no delivery . After so many failed promises I sent a mail on their e mail id and ticket number [ #179378 ] was issued dated 17.03.2021 and assurance to resolve by within 48 hours . No delivery until today by 6.30 pm again and last date for the validity of payment receipt is 20th March, 2021.
