I had ordered a mobile(Redmi Not 11 pro + 5g) on Amazon on 10 May (Order # 2022407-1411208-2738752) which got delivered on 17 May 2022. After 3-4 days this phone started getting hang. There are multiple issues with the mobile. Like laging, calling issue, hanging issue. In every 5-10 minutes I need to reboot the mobile.
When I called in customer service and requested them to create a replacement request for different address as I ordered the phone when I was on leave and was in my hometown but now I resumed my company. Your customer service executive said that we can not change the address for replacement. But he created the replacement request for the same address without my consent.
After that I spoke to your escalation team person named Laxaman, he disconnected my call after putting me on mute for 5 minutes.
Then I again called in the night for 2 times, again both the calls were disconnected from your customer service executive side. Lastly I spoke with Gaurav who is in escalation team, he was just trying to end the call as soon as possible and he again disconnected the call while I was speaking.
