There is an Instagram page named as Pakistani trousseau. I made an order from them worth rupees 5000 and I paid the amount, the lady who is an owner of that page told me the next day my clothing items would be dispatche, the next day she told me that my items have been dispatched and after asking several times for the courier slip she ultimately told me that It would take around 15-20 days because of the delay in deliveries due to COVID 19. I waited for 25 days but neither I got courier slip nor I got my products and then I asked her for refund she again told me to wait. It’s been around 3-4 months I didn’t receive my refund. Please help me out. I need my money. I hope you’ll look after it.
