Sir,
I am a postpaid user, I am using a keypad mobile only.
I am already ported from Reliance prepaid to Vodafone postpaid by your interest.
You are changed to another package with data as 4G
I have no knowledge about using internet and There is no facilities to use internet on my phone. Because I using KEYPAD MOBILE. So kindly change my network package as before to clear my bill with that old package. Please understand my problem clearly and give the solution to me.
