I am a customer of meesho for more than 3 years. But this time I have gone through the worst customer service from their side. I have ordered 2 quantity of kids dress(olka trend seller) on 23rd March and I got only one quantity. So I raised a missing quantity complaint and also an exchange request for the 1 quantity I received. But I got exchange product again with one quantity on 5th April. Again I raised a complaint on the same day, I got a mail stating that your issue will be considered at the earliest. After that I dint receive neither my product nor refund. I contacted the help center two times there after, all they said was your product will be delivered within a week, so again I waited for a week long but I dint receive my product. Then again I approached the help center, This time they said that you should have raised a complaint within 7 days now we can’t help you.
