Respected sir

Taken loan of 16000 and made the payment of 16128 on 5th aug 2023

This kashpoint app not working in proper way and from last two days I am getting messages from this app through text message stating that you got arrears I am unable to talk to or try to reach this app management but no such support available

Here aim submitting my Payment details and after settle the payment also they r sending messages

Kindly look into this matter and do the needful
